Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through this website. On the transportation request form that includes your company, name, email, phone, origin, destination, freight type, estimated weight, pickup date and any requirements or message you add. On the owner operator inquiry form it includes your name, phone, email, experience, equipment, home base and message.

We also collect standard technical information such as pages viewed and referring source, which we use in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Customer freight inquiries are used to respond to your transportation request and to communicate about shipments and capacity.

Driver and owner operator inquiries are used only for recruiting purposes. Recruiting consent is collected separately from customer consent, and a customer inquiry is never moved into a recruiting process (or the reverse).

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that operate this website and Bilbo's recruiting and business systems, or when required by law.

Analytics and tracking

We measure conversion actions such as starting or completing a transportation request, viewing careers content and clicking to call. We intentionally exclude the contents of your submissions from analytics — no form field values or personal details are sent to analytics tools.

Retention and security

Form submissions are validated on our servers, rate limited to prevent abuse, and retained only as long as needed for business and recordkeeping purposes. This website does not store an applicant database; recruiting submissions are handed to Bilbo's recruiting system.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by calling the office. If you receive recruiting messages and no longer want them, tell us and we will stop.
